You may cancel your CipherWrite subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

To cancel your subscription, please navigate to your account settings page and select "Manage Subscription" or contact our support team.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. Once paid, no refunds will be issued. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service.

Please review our features and the Free plan carefully before upgrading to a paid subscription to ensure it meets your needs.
