By accessing or using CipherWrite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your encryption keys. CipherWrite cannot recover data if you lose your encryption passphrase.

3. Fees and Taxes

CipherWrite offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. GST is not charged for international customers (zero-rated supply). GST is applicable for Indian customers as per government regulations.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm CipherWrite or the interests or property of CipherWrite users.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CipherWrite and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
